Refund policy

Every book on this site is a digital download, and every one of them is covered by a 30-day refund.

How it works

If a book is not what you expected — too technical, too basic, not right for your animal, or simply not useful to you — email us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund the full amount to the original payment method. You do not have to explain yourself, and you do not have to fill in a form.

Include the email address you used at checkout so we can find the order. Refunds are issued within 5 business days of the request; how quickly the money appears depends on your bank or card issuer, and that part is out of our hands.

You keep the files

We do not ask you to delete anything, and we have no way to take a PDF back. If you asked for a refund because the book was not for you, keeping the file costs us nothing and chasing it would waste your day and ours.

What we do ask is that you do not redistribute, resell or republish the contents. The recipes, the clinical targets and the text are ours; buying a copy gives you a personal licence to use it for your own animals, not a licence to hand it on.

What we do not promise

We do not promise a health outcome, and no refund is conditional on one. These are educational books. Volume One contains maintenance recipes for healthy adult dogs and cats. Volume Two contains starting formulations written to be reviewed, adjusted and approved by the veterinarian treating your animal; it is not a diagnosis, not a prescription, and not a substitute for veterinary care.

Any pet product that guarantees a clinical result is telling you something it cannot know. What we stand behind is the work itself: the gram weights, the calorie totals and the nutrient targets are correct as published, and a licensed veterinarian reviewed them before publication.

Chargebacks

Please write to us before opening a dispute with your bank. A refund by email takes a few minutes; a chargeback takes weeks and costs us a fee on top of the refund. We have never refused a refund request that arrived within the window.

Order problems

If your download link did not arrive, did not open, or the file appears damaged, that is not a refund situation — write to us and we will send the file directly. There is no time limit on that.
